Actors Kitchen meets weekly in Edinburgh and is a place to hone and share skills while enjoying support and inspiration from fellow practitioners. The Kitchen is happy to hear from professional actors interested in becoming part of the group, as well as from others in the performance business who wish to learn more about the Kitchen and its members.
Kitchen meetings include monologue / scene studies and workshops led by members experienced in different aspects of performance and by outside practitioners invited in to cover special subjects. Occasionally an invited audience of people in the business, or students starting to make their way, visit the Kitchen and members benefit from being 'spotted' while cooking up exercises and scenes.
Actors Kitchen has also created its first production, collaborating with invited writers. In Transit received great houses and feedback!
